Orthodox OP(Supreme)
Appearance: Blackish, well rolled and well styled clean tea
Infusion: Coppery bright showing adequate fermentation
Liquors: Golden orange with aroma and flavour. Liquors are mellow and fully fired without any hint of smoke or high fire.
Orthodox BOPF
Appearance: Blackish-brown, reasonably well made but with some open leaf and reasonably clean for the grade.
Infusion: Bright & coppery showing good fermentation.
Liquors: Reddish-orange with some strength and briskness for this grade. Liquors are well rounded with some astringency, briskness, strength and well fired.
Orthodox BOP
Appearance: Blackish-brown, reasonably well made and clean.
Infusion: Coppery bright, with optimum fermentation
Liquors: Reddish-orange with some strength and briskness. Liquors are well rounded with some astringency and well fired.
